One of the longest running projects to date, I’ve been capturing Calgary’s oldest neighborhood for over 15 years now. What used to be casual documenting has ramped up a couple of times over the last five years. Once in 2020 when I requested access to the inside of several businesses by their owners to capture their shops just before they opened, and again in the end of 2024 when I actually fulfilled a longtime wish by actually moving into the area, thus giving me regular access to the area.
What I will do with these photos is anyone’s guess. I’m just shooting now and will ask the questions later.
